Customers are licensed to use the Online Printstore™ site software under specific terms and conditions. The software is the intellectual and copyright property of The Sefton Group, LLC ("Sefton") which grants to the Customer a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the Online Printstore™ site Application Software (the "Software"), running on Sefton's web & database servers only, solely for Customer's own data processing and e-business operations.

In part, all rights, title and interest in the Software, including all corrections, enhancements and modifications thereof, are reserved unto Sefton. Only Customer and its clients, agents and employees may use the Software. It may not be used for commercial timesharing, service bureau or other rental or sharing arrangements. Customer agrees not to reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile the Software or any part thereof; to take all reasonable steps to insure that the Software, and the trade secrets, confidential and proprietary information contained therein, are not disclosed to any person other than Customer's employees, consultants or agents who have a need for access in order to use them; and not to remove the copyright, trade secret or other proprietary protection legends or notices which appear on or in the Software.
